Venue Owners

Venue owners log in using their email and password. During signup, owners verify their email address using a one-time verification code (OTP).

If you lose access to your email account, please work with your email provider (Google, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) to restore access. Venue Copilot App cannot reset your login email or verify your identity. Your email account is the foundation of your login security, and keeping it accessible is essential for maintaining access to your Dashboard and for changing your password when needed.

Guests

If you submitted a reservation request and no longer have access to the email you used, please contact the venue directly by phone or email. Venues manage all confirmations, changes, and cancellations.

Venue Copilot App cannot modify or cancel reservations on behalf of guests.
